THE PROCESS

Step 1: Application
Apply during our quarterly batch openings (every 3 months). Submit your application online with your background and career aspirations.
Step 2: Selection & Onboarding
Selected candidates join a cohort of motivated fresh graduates. Get oriented with the program structure and meet your career coach.
Step 3: Training Phase
Participate in intensive workshops covering: Industry-specific technical skills, Professional communication and workplace behavior, Interview preparation and personal branding, Real-world project simulations
Step 4: Internship Matching
Based on your skills and interests, we match you with internship opportunities from our partner companies.
Step 5: Experience & Growth
Gain hands-on experience while receiving ongoing support and feedback from both your host company and Zero.G team.
Step 6: Career Launch
